The company HOSTELS EXPERIENCE EUROPE OVERHEAD, S.L. through its commercial brand THE CENTRAL HOUSE HOSTELS with registered office at C/ Orense nº 70, 28020 Madrid and identified with the number B88581517 organizes the draw (hereinafter, “the Promotion”), to be carried out through the Internet, specifically on the Instagram platform, in accordance with the provisions of the section, participation requirements.
- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION
The participation requirements will be as follows:
– Those persons resident in any country and over 18 years of age may participate.
– Only those Participants who are holders of an Instagram account will be eligible to participate.
Those who wish to participate in the draw must:
– Follow TCH’s Instagram account @tch_thecentralhousehostels.
– Comment on the publication of the draw mentioning the person with whom you would enjoy the experience, only the person who mentions is considered a participant.
– There is no limit to the number of comments per person.
– If it is detected that a Participant participates with several profiles will be disqualified. For these purposes it is considered duplicate profile whose email or personal data are in the opinion of THE CENTRAL HOUSE HOSTELS similar enough to create confusion.
– The Instagram profile must be real: it must not contain a false identity, according to the criteria and assessment of the company.
– Bad-sounding words, explicit or implicit disqualifications, disrespect to third parties, indecorous content and content that THE CENTRAL HOUSE HOSTELS considers inappropriate for damaging the good purpose of the sweepstakes will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The sweepstakes will begin on Saturday June 3rd from the date the publication is launched on Instagram communicating the draw and will end on Friday June 30th, that same day at 12:00 noon the winners will be decided and announced.
- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION
All users whose participation complies with the terms set out in these legal bases will be entered into the draw.
The winners will be named through a mention and by private message. In the event that the prize awarded is refused or the selected participant does not meet the requirements, THE CENTRAL HOUSE HOSTELS will communicate the alternate. The holding of the draw and the awarding of the prize are subject to the tax regulations in force.
- AWARDING OF THE PRIZE
The winner will be chosen completely randomly and transparently by means of an external tool for holding draws and competitions, https://app-sorteos.com/es. In the event that there are not enough participants to qualify for the prize, or any other internal reason of THE CENTRAL HOUSE HOSTELS, it reserves the right to cancel the draw.
The condition of winner will be communicated by mention and private message from the profile @tch_thecentralhouse (THE CENTRAL HOUSE HOSTELS). The winner must accept the prize and indicate their personal details for the management of the prize by sending an email to the email address provided in the private message or by replying directly to the email.
If 24 hours have passed since the message was sent and the winner does not reply confirming receipt and acceptance of the prize, the prize will be passed on to the alternate and if the winner does not reply confirming receipt and acceptance of the prize, the prize will be declared void.
By accepting the prize, the winners accept that THE CENTRAL HOUSE HOSTELS may use their name or image or portrait for advertising and promotional purposes, in any type of support, without having to give notice of this later. - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
